Our Journey
New Life Christian Church is a contemporary church designed to offer services to those who believe in Christ and those who don't. We have a fantastic family feel and love to help and support each other.
We believe church is the one organisation that exists primarily for its non-members and therefore we are passionate about impacting the community through helping and showing love to all regardless of background and current situation.
We offer a growing variety of ministries, events and activities for all ages happening throughout the year.
Our Building Blocks
In 2014, New Life purchased the former Nant Pennar Workman's Club in Abercarn.
We are raising the money to completely renovate the building to make it into a fantastic community facility including the Nant Pennar Suite, with 160 seater hall, stage and dance floor.
There will also be a children's room, coffee lounge, games room, new catering kitchen, new toilet blocks and so much more.
The building, when completed, will also be fully accessible to those with disabilities, including a new lift.
Our Beginnings
New Life Christian Church was founded in November 2007 and is proud to be in partnership with Assemblies of God UK. From small beginnings of just 9 adults, we have grown to include people from all ages and backgrounds. The activities and services we offer are constantly expanding as more volunteers come on board and money is raised. We are not content to be merely a landmark but strive to be a vibrant, busy, caring Hub in the community.

We love our team! We have an amazing New Life family of local & church volunteers who look after our facility and are the workers behind every church and charity activity. The cleaners, coffee bar staff, baby groups staff and even our Senior Pastor volunteer to see our vision fulfilled.
